Transmitter Isolation Valve Replaces Knife Gate Valve
PBM's Transmitter Isolation Valve prevents liquor vapor and pulp stock from distorting pressure and level transmitter readings.
Standard purge ports and optional milled flats enable CIP without process interruption. Minimal dead space prevents media buildup. Standard calibration ports allow inline calibration checks. Two hardware configurations safely meet valve and transmitter mounting needs, while two bolting patterns on the 3" flanges accommodate both standard industry connections and knife gate mounting patterns. The 90-degree open/close handle prevents stem wear and leakage. Available in 1' and 2½" sizes, and a variety of materials, PBM's TIV reduces downtime and maintenance, and provides more accurate readings.
