The STYL'One specifically suitable for easy and fast compaction studies, can be upgraded to multilayer and tab-in-tab. Fully automated and computer controlled, the STYL'One can perform all type of studies automatically.

The STYL'ONE and the STYLCAM are two very innovative and unique R&D presses.

The STYL'One specifically suitable for easy and fast compaction studies, can be upgraded to multilayer and tab-in-tab. Fully automated and computer controlled, the STYL'One can perform all type of studies automatically. Pre- and main compression adjustable, dwell time control from 5 ms to 2 second, force and displacement controlled tabletting.

The STYLCAM specifically made for scale up and production support ensures a reliable replication of the compression behaviour of any IMA Kilian production tablet press at high speed, as well as other production presses available on the market. The possibility to produce real prototype batches from few to many tablets represents a valuable solution for the most demanding Development Laboratories. Detailed and predictive compression analysis can be produced at a very early stage of the development process. The STYLCAM is also particularly helpful for trouble shooting within production, including tests of new tooling or modify press parameters to resolve sticking or capping issues, all that with minimal powder consumption.

STYLCAM and STYL'One are fully instrumented and complete with a user-friendly software, allowing a fast development. Precompression and compression force, punch displacement, ejection force are all measured for an easy drawing of tabletability, compressibility and compactability profiles. STYLCAM and STYL'One are versatile, easy to use and can work with as low as 50 gr of powder or even 200 mg. The same standard tooling of manufacturing presses is used and different die feeding systems are available on request (manual, gravity, force feeder). They can perform clinical batches production with an output of up to 3.000 tablets/hour, with good and bad tablet selection, weight adjustment (available on request).
