Chase Doors manufactures Saino Economical Sliding Fire and Service Door systems for use in commercial and industrial applications where a barrier is required. Listed and Labeled Construction
Saino Fire Doors manufactured by Chase can be rated for openings that require up to a 4 hour label. Saino Fire Doors are UL and FM approved. A 250o, 30 minute temperature rise label is also available, providing an added level of safety in areas where personnel are present.

Multi-Purpose Door
All Chase fire door systems can be automated, allowing the door to be used as a functional door system as well as a fire door. This two-in-one feature reduces the cost of providing two door systems in an opening and insures that the system will be operational in the event of a fire. All Chase fire door operators are listed and labeled for use as an automatic closure device. Automated fire doors can be tied into a central fire system, increasing personnel safety and minimizing potential damage caused from fires.

Pass Door in a Sliding Door
Unlike overhead fire doors, Saino Fire Doors Systems can be designed to allow egress for personnel even when closed. Sliding door systems can be equipped with pass doors that allow personnel to pass through the opening even when the sliding door is in the closed position. Larger doors can be equipped with multiple doors, allowing for egress in either direction.

Limited Headroom – Not a Problem!
Sliding doors require less headroom than conventional rolling overhead doors. Sliding doors are the best alternative when limited headroom or overhead obstructions limit the use of overhead doors.
