Due to its special design and operation, the F-11 can work in both, Simplex and Duplex in order to achieve production rates of up to 180 pouches per minute and provide a great variety of pouch types: flat with three or four seals, pouches with shape seal, twin pouches joined by perforations, various pouches in rows, special shape pouches, etc.

F-11 Tissues

The F-11 model for tissues from Enflex is an automatic horizontal packaging machine for forming, filling and sealing pouches.

After folding the thermosealable film in a "V", it forms, fills and seals the pouches. The filling process of the tissue starts from a reel of material, folding, cutting and introducing the tissue afterwards mechanically into the pouch together with the dosing of the liquid. Le pouch is finally closed and cut individually.

F-14 Pouching Machine

This is one of the most successful packaging machines in the range due to its versatility and high performance. In the design of its components, special attention has been paid to make it user friendly and with low maintenance costs, incorporating an independent pressure adjustment system with sealing jaws, hinged top seal, etc.

The F-14 is also prepared to receive a zipper module and special cutting dies.

F-14 Stand Up Pouching Machine

The engineers who developed this machine achieved their two basic aims: Simplicity and totally guaranteed operation. The result is the F-14 Stand up, the most popular and competitive horizontal stand up pouch packaging machine.

Its unquestionable versatility allows to make special shape pouches, pouches with reclosable zippers, pouring caps on the top seal for liquids such as fruit juices, isotonic drinks, yoghurts, etc.

F-17 Pouching Machine

This is a very versatile machine for medium formats both, as flat and gusset type pouches for soups and pasta foods.

With its high manoeuvrability and low maintenance, it is the ideal machine for co-packers.

A zipper attachment module can be included as an option.

F-22 Pouching Machine

Its open design and the easy access to all the mechanisms make the F-22 the most suitable machine for customers who require easy handling and low maintenance costs.

The F-22 can make stand-up type pouches, with front or side spouts or even spouts centred in the top sealing, pouches in different shapes, achieving outputs of up to 160 pouches per minute.

Due to its versatility, this machine is the best option for many projects ranging from cooked dishes with pasta, vegetables, powder, etc. up to grated cheese, sauces, fruit juice, dairy products, etc.

F-11W Pouching Machine

The horizontal pouch packing machines of the series F-11 W represent the alternative to the vertical multilane machines with the technological advantages of the horizontal machines. Two models have been developed, the Simplex for production of 220 and the Duplex to reach outputs of up to 440 pouches per minute.

A large variety of pouch styles can be offered, from flat pouches with 3 or 4 seals up to twin pouches, pouch strings, pouches with formed seals, etc.
