RW-250 Vial Washer:
The RW-250 is the industries’ most compact semi-automatic vial washer. Ideally suited for small batch operations of 6,000 vials or less at speeds of up to 70vpm. Vial range, 1-100cc, glass or plastic. Low WFI consumption, compact footprint and low cost all attribute to this machine’s success.

FSC-1R Filling/Stoppering/Capping machine:
The FSC-1R is a very compact rotary vial filling, stoppering and capping machine ideally suited for small to medium batch sizes. The machine can handle 1-100cc vials at speed of up to 40vpm. This is a very popular machine with small biotech companies and many compounding pharmacies.

EVW-100 External Vial Washer
The EVW-100 external vial washer is a high speed (up to 450vpm) vial washing machine specifically developed for the washing vials with high potent products (post capping). The machine is also increasingly used prior to inspection in order to reduce or eliminate vial rejects during the inspection process. THE EVW-100 is the industries’ only machine to completely captivate the vial’s cap with a water tight seal allowing for high pressure washing without concern of getting water underneath the cap. Quick changeover, no adjustable parts, vial range up to 500cc.

EVW-60 External Vial Washer
The EVW-60 is an ideal machine for low speed external vial decontamination. The machine offers low to medium speed washing of 1cc – 100cc vials at up to 200vpm. Simple design, quick changeover, compact footprint.
