Modular Cleanrooms

This completely self-supporting, modular, load-bearing, return air wall system forms the cleanroom perimeter and forming the sealed "cleanroom envelope". This allows for the structural support of the cleanroom ceiling and HEPA filter system. Placing air return at any location around the perimeter of the cleanroom and interior walls uniform air distribution throughout the room. Modular wall construction provides minimum site disruption and dirt generation during installation, with the possibility of disassembly and relocation at a later date.

All rooms incorporate the negative pressure, return air plenum concept above the cleanroom ceiling. This accounts for leak-free ceiling and long HEPA filter life, with a complete recirculated air system
