The Ghibli is a modular fluid bed equipment that can be configured with different product bowls or air distributors to manufacture granules, coated small cores or pellets.

The Ghibli is a modular fluid bed equipment that can be configured with different product bowls or air distributors to manufacture granules, coated small cores or pellets.

The granulation chamber can be easily lowered and rotated due to a patented system, allowing easy access and inspection to the filters area without any need of platforms or lifters. Both tissue filters or metallic filters can be installed on the same machine. The metallic filters are fitted with a unique patented system for Clean In Place.

A patented spraying system operates through a binary nozzle with an antidripping device, while an optimal level of fluidization is achieved by the air blowing system, thus maximising spray efficiency.

The standard installations are designed to withstand an overpressure up to 3 bar. Upon request, installations up to 12 bar, ATEX compliant, are also available.

A completely automatic Clean In Place can be performed after the process.
