Column Lifts are used to elevate and accurately place bins, drums, tanks, and other equipment for docking with a wide variety of equipment such as: tablet presses, encapsulators, mills, sifters, granulators, fluid bed dryers, compactors, and process tanks.

Column Life Receiver Options:

Integral Docking Station Receiver - This style of receiver can incorporate all the features of a permanently installed docking station such a flow assist vibrator, IBC weighing, level sensing, automated IBC valve actuator and IBC valve docking. 

Universal Flat - platform for all equipment elevating applications
Fork Style Receiver - Interfaces with the IBC fork channels for lifting. Typically used for non critical placement applications
IBC Blending Receiver - Adds the capability to perform IBC Tumble Blending along with lifting and placing functions of a Column Lift
Dual Receiver - The column can incorporate two receivers of any type providing maximum process flexibility
Drum Inverter Receiver - Used for lifting and inverting Drums for discharge. Various Drum opening interfaces available such a discharge cones , chutes

 

Accessories:

Susupended Platform Adapter - Adds the functionality of a platform lift to a dedicated IBC lift. Commonly used for lifting solution tanks and COP components of related equipment.

 IBC Valve Actuator - Docks with IBC valves for remote and automatic actuation

Drum Inverter Adapter - Adds the capability of Drum handling to dedicated IBC lifts.
Laser Perimeter Scanner - Our laser system scans the room to prevent operation if personnel and/or equipment are within the defined safety perimeter. This system frees up workflow by eliminating physical safety gates.
